Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be stoked with your Rad Lads. If something's not right, we'll sort it out.

Change of mind returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Shorts must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with original packaging.

To start a return drop us an email at hello@radlad.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.

Wrong size?

No problems, we'll exchange it. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Shorts must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we'll cover the shipping on the replacement pair sent back to you.

Faulty or incorrect item?

If your shorts arrive faulty or we sent you the wrong pair, we'll fix it immediately at no cost to you. Email us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it out!

Refunds

Once we receive your return we'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.
